YouTube has me shackled to it like a slave on a transatlantic trip to Hell.  (Yeah, I wrote it.)  Anyhoo.  The recommendations offered to me on that platform often make me pause, for I wonder "Why did  that video show itself?"

When I was 4 years old, my mother and her then-husband took me and my half-siblings to see a movie. This movie touched me so profoundly that it has remained a beloved favorite for over 45 years. That movie was Jesus Christ Superstar . I vividly remembering saying to my mother, much to her horror, how sexy Jesus was. Well, the actor who was portraying him. Then Caiaphas' fine behind came on screen, and I'm pretty sure I lost my shit. SO sexy! I was four. And ahead of my time. But I digress... back to the purpose of this writing. Of all the movies I have watched through the years, this one still moves me. One song in particular brings to mind the feelings that a Lightworker feels at some point on their journey. Feelings of being tired of their mission. Feelings of wanting it to be over. An intense longing to return Home. I, too, have felt these intense emotions. Some of life's "blessons" often come to me in the most simplest of ways. Here's one example.

For some years now, I have seen 2017 as a year of immense change.  A year where how I was showing up in the world would exponentially expand.

For my 3rd birthday, my mother took me and my half siblings to the circus.  It was the world's most popular circus of its time. She took us to Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey® "The Greatest Show on Earth".  Yeah, right! I vividly remember feeling sad. I was a toddler, so its reason eluded me. Queue motherhood. Shortly after my Prince was born, I took advantage of some of the freebies that newborns are afforded. One was a letter from the President (George W.) that welcomed him into the world. The other was a free ticket to Ringling. I've never used that ticket. Something felt off about it. It sits in his time capsule. He won't see it until he turns 21. Getting that ticket came at a time when I was not much of an animal advocate. I liked them. I just didn't speak out for them. When my Prince was 2, I bought us season passes to Sea World. See.. still not an advocate. However, that would quickly change. One day, I packed all his gear in the car, and off we went. ...

A visitor to one of my videos on an old channel (unknowingly) prompted me to write this post. She was wondering what she should be doing in order to receive what she was desiring.

It is not uncommon for an Empath to isolate ourselves. We do because oftentimes we feel overwhelmed by the world and become overloaded with the energies we are (per)receiving.

Whenever a neighbor is being loud or cussing someone out... my thoughts are, "I wish you'd shut up!", or "Please move! Please move! Please MOVE!" In those moments, I am choosing to not see this expression (that person) as another version of myself. "They" are "me" in another meat suit... expressing "themselves" as "they" choose. With that said, I thought I would put together some of my favorite  reminders to help me stay in my highest alignment. As a single mother, I tend to keep a watchful eye on who moves into my neighborhood. I am particularly watchful whenever a sex offender does so.

I seem to write a lot about mirrors ... those experiences (people, places, situations) that present themselves as a direct result of the frequency we, ourselves, emit into the world.

Yesterday, while futzing about my apartment doing some mundane task, I found myself singing Bette Midler's Wind Beneath My Wings because it was playing in my head.   When s uddenly, it donned on me WHY I was hearing that song.

The Black Moon rises in Scorpio today giving us, once again, some wonderful lunar support to... begin anew.

Does that statement make you cringe, or does it light you up?

Instead of hatin' on yourself— wanting to change what you believe to be broken — why not accept where you are in this moment ?

The message that I needed to receive today came by way of a nursery rhyme I have recited more times than I can recall.

Okay... hear me out because I can see your mind spinning out of control!  Just for a moment I want you to step out of a place of ego and allow what I am saying to sink in.

March is a good time to reflect upon all that has passed during January and February... and make any necessary adjustments! As you look "back"... What lessons were activated? What lessons did you ignore? What sought to be expressed through you?  (Did you let it?) For the Northern Hemisphere, Winter is leaving and Spring is 'round the bend. For the Southern folk, Summer is ending and Fall is rearing its head. Regardless of where you live, the gift of this birthing season supports you in planting that which you desire to make manifest (or rebirth) and/or harvesting (said desire). I encourage you to keep your eyes on your prize (desire), let go of what no longer serves, and allow that which seeks expression to do so beautifully through your Soul's song! May the blessings of this ending and beginning shine upon you in infinite ways!
