How we treat our home (and its inhabitants) determines how we are treat ourselves. This amazing planet (our home) gives us the space to experience the physical lives we are living. Without this home, we as 3-dimensional beings would not be.

Energetically, I feel so much wanting to release. What seeks to flow, I know I need to allow it to do so. I've been doing my best. Yet, I can feel that there is more to release. I can feel the pain, or is it sorrow? Some of it is mine; most of it is not.

A couple of weeks ago, I pulled a copy of the Sedona Journal of Emergence from my bookcase and flipped to a "random" page. I did so to see what Spirit had to say to me in that moment. My eyes landed on the quote below.

The past few weeks have been ones that I will soon not forget. A lot of stuff, repressed stuff, made its way to the surface, and I was none to thrilled. Yet, I was very aware that all of it was for my highest good, and I would come out in the end... squeaky clean... should I make the choices that needed to be made.
