I AM Another You.

Whenever a neighbor is being loud or cussing someone out... my thoughts are, "I wish you'd shut up!", or "Please move! Please move! Please MOVE!" In those moments, I am choosing to not see this expression (that person) as another version of myself. "They" are "me" in another meat suit... expressing "themselves" as "they" choose. With that said, I thought I would put together some of my favorite  reminders to help me stay in my highest alignment. In Lak'ech Ala K'in In the Mayan tradition, the title of this post is this phrase's basic translation. We can practice In Lak'ech Ala K'in tirelessly because when, and what, we give to others is giving energy to ourselves.
