In a world where many want to shape you into their idea of perfection, you must  stand strong and in your power.

Do you even know? If you are happy... why?

Too often we find ourselves following others because we believe they possess the key to all the successes in life. And all too often we find ourselves becoming more out of sync because we are allowing ourselves to be led, instead of listening to, trusting, and following our own wise inner guidance. The time has come for us to stop letting things that are outside ourselves control our happiness.

A couple of weeks ago, I saw this image in my Facebook feed, and I just knew I had to share it.  As I wrote out my blurb, I was in awe at how true it all was for me.

Energetically, I feel so much wanting to release. What seeks to flow, I know I need to allow it to do so. I've been doing my best. Yet, I can feel that there is more to release. I can feel the pain, or is it sorrow? Some of it is mine; most of it is not.

The past few weeks have been ones that I will soon not forget. A lot of stuff, repressed stuff, made its way to the surface, and I was none to thrilled. Yet, I was very aware that all of it was for my highest good, and I would come out in the end... squeaky clean... should I make the choices that needed to be made.

I choose Love in my thoughts and actions. Through Love , I allow others the space to create their own journeys. Therefore, wherever I am, so is Love . I choose Love .

Is our perspective of the things occurring in our lives making them larger than they are? Jay-Z once rapped about having 99 problems, but a bitch wasn't one of them. Has life become the bitch we've made it to be?  Have we lost perspective?

A few minutes ago, I was sitting here, in my amazing space, gazing at a vision board I put together a few years ago. While scanning the images and words, I found myself staring at a phrase (I had gazed upon it many times before [dangling preposition, I know]). As I gazed upon the words, I smiled; really smiled. Still smiling, I noticed the title of this post popping into my mind. The power of being in flow . Mmm...

As we pass through this month of March and enter into the months of April, May and June we are going to discover more and more of our human natures 'illusions of certainty' fall apart as the world in which we live, both within and without, begins an accelerated deconstruction and rebooting. Now and in the months ahead, the quickening of our evolution takes off like a rocket . I know we have heard it before, been through it before, (to a point,) and dared to hope we were done with it all. Not quite.
