I have often taken this "life" too seriously. Getting too caught up in the illusions of what I believed to be real. So much so that I often lost sight of the glimpses of wonder and amazement that permeated everything I experienced.

Sometimes when you look around your environment... it can be hard to see how abundant your life really is.

Do you even know? If you are happy... why?

Too often we find ourselves following others because we believe they possess the key to all the successes in life. And all too often we find ourselves becoming more out of sync because we are allowing ourselves to be led, instead of listening to, trusting, and following our own wise inner guidance. The time has come for us to stop letting things that are outside ourselves control our happiness.

How we treat our home (and its inhabitants) determines how we are treat ourselves. This amazing planet (our home) gives us the space to experience the physical lives we are living. Without this home, we as 3-dimensional beings would not be.

Peace seems to be the one thing that many of us struggle to encompass in our daily lives. Looking around, it's easy to see the evidence of this playing out all over the world. What if you could be at peace ... in only 68 seconds?  Would you be open to it, or is your inner peace not worth the time?

A powerful and life-changing video crossed my path the other day that gave me pause. It prompted me to question the amount of time I spend looking down at my Mac screen to check out what I'm " missing out on "... online.
