Musings and What-not

Dearest Hearts, As always, I pray you are well. I started this important conversation and delivered a portion of it on Facebook earlier this week. Now it's important to expand it, as it affects many of you reading this.

You are out and about, pretty much minding your own business, when life places upon your path two doors. You cannot go around them; you must make a choice.

I recently came across a post, in my Facebook feed, about Sharon Stone from the Page, Better After 50 , that really got my knickers in a bunch.

A couple of weeks ago, I saw this image in my Facebook feed, and I just knew I had to share it.  As I wrote out my blurb, I was in awe at how true it all was for me.

I know. The title probably felt like a punch in the gut. I also know that it got your attention. Also know that it is not my intention to make you feel bad in any way. When it comes to weight, I've been there... and done that A LOT. I'm also all too familiar with how extra pounds affect the way we feel about ourselves... and others.

Today (August 8) marks the peak of the portal opening of the Lion's Gate , and the power of 8 will be intensified because 2015 is an 8 year (2+0+1+5=8).
